Returns:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and final sale items, cannot be returned.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    2. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item, including the return shipping address.
    3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
    • In cases where the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pawprintpad.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
